Wedding Charters
MINIMUM GUARANTEES:
The Captain J.P. requires that you meet minimum guarantee requirements to privately charter the boat, or to privately charter one deck. These guarantees vary, depending on day and time.
Monday-Friday Afternoon:
125 People= entire boat
90 people =one deck
Sunday-Thursday Evenings:
250 People= entire boat
To Privately Charter one deck
150 people= upper 2 inside decks
125 people= lower inside deck
Saturday and Sunday Afternoons:
300 people= entire boat
To Privately Charter one deck
175 people=upper 2 inside decks
125 people=lower inside deck
Friday Evenings:
325 people= entire boat
To Privately Charter one deck
200 people= upper 2 inside decks
125 people=lower inside deck
Saturday Evenings:
450 people=entire boat
To Privately Charter one deck
250 people= upper 2 inside decks
150 people= lower inside deck
Maximum Seating Capacity:
1st deck (lower inside deck)= 230 people
2nd deck(main level)= 220 people
3rd deck(top inside deck)= 100 people
**The outside areas of the Capt. JP II are available for all of our patrons on the boat at that time**
The Capt. JP II departs from Downtown Troy, at the intersection of State & Front Streets, where free parking is provided on all weekends, and anytime after 4PM during the weekdays.
A 20% deposit is required within 10 days from booking in order to reserve the date. Another 30% is due in February, with the balance paid two weeks prior to the event. An additional 8% will be added to all charter prices for NYS sales tax.

Each package that we offer includes the following in the per person price:

*On Board Entertainment - Your choice of our House Band or DJ, The option of providing your own entertainment is available and a $100.00 credit will be given for doing so.
*Your choice of a wedding cake from local bakeries
*Your choice of colored linen napkin - (Tablecloths are white)
*A three hour cruise with an additional 30 minute boarding time. You can purchase additional hours for a flat rate of $600.00 per hour.
